It is that time of year again! The adidas Women’s 5K Challenge, is now open for entries for the 6th September race. It is the UK’s largest women-only fun run, to raise money for Breakthrough Breast Cancer. Round up your nearest and dearest and join presenter and Jayne Middlemiss and actress Donna Air in Hyde Park on the day and do something to help fight breast cancer.
It isn’t even like you need to start training now, women of all ranges of ability take part and is open to women of all ages. And, if you really want to make a contribution to the cause, adidas has updated the Pink Ribbon Running Collection, which is perfect to train in and to wear on the day of the run. 10% from all items in the range is donated to Breakthrough Breast Cancer, so you can run in style and unite to fight breast cancer. The range will be available from July in selected retailers* nationwide.
Breast cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer in the UK, with one in nine women diagnosed with the disease at some point in their lifetime.
