LFW S/S12: Zoe Jordan

By  September 26, 2011

Inspired by the glamorous 1930s, Zoe Jordan took the elegant memory of Edith Bouvier Beale (the infamous Little Edie from Grey Gardens) and modernised it. With a collection that mixed interwar style with outdoor pursuits, luxe sequins and cricket jumpers, the look was classic society girl with a twist. Zoe is a big fan of feminine clothes and a clean silhouette and this season introduced an in-house print of dragonflies that popped in dramatic neon.

The models looked super glossy with lightly curled manes of hair and red lips that looked perfect with buttery soft brown suede, antique tea lace dresses and cut out chiffon. Mixed with the sporty came elegant cropped smoking jackets and sequins and you have the perfect, quintessentially British wardrobe.

And for the shoes? Ursula Mascaro’s handmade heels added the faultless finishing touch.
