This week Moschino’s boutique in Milan is taking part in Furniture Week with a project entitled ‘Bits & Pieces’ with objects inspired by Nomads and Eccentric Grandmothers. The window displays consists of a tent, a folding chair and a lamp, made in patchwork and crochet, all inspired by nomads and eccentric grandmothers.
All the objects are very colourful and made with recycled material, found in old storage rooms and worked with craftsmanship: an inheritance of our eccentric grandmothers. The tent is entirely made of patchwork fabric, the lantern-lamp is made up of crochet, while the folding chair is made of both textiles.
The objects are hand made, one-of-a-kind pieces, and will be sold on request at the Moschino boutique on Via Sant’Andrea.
